All products on this site are sold strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
By selecting “Confirm,” you certify that:
Products are not for human or veterinary use. By entering, you agree to our Terms of Service and acknowledge our research-use policy.
This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from the Orvex website (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to this Policy, which is incorporated into and governed by our Terms & Conditions.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed and paid before 3:00 PM Central Time are typically shipped the same business day; orders placed after that cutoff are processed the next business day. A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier accepts the package.
Shipping options and costs are calculated based on destination and package weight and are displayed at checkout. Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping. Orvex reserves the right to change carriers, methods, and rates at any time without notice.
All orders are shipped in secure, discreet packaging with no external indication of the contents, to protect your privacy and the integrity of the vials during transit.
Title to, and risk of loss of, all products pass to the purchaser at the time the products are delivered to the carrier for shipment (FOB origin). From that point forward, the purchaser bears all risk of loss, theft, or damage in transit. This Policy is consistent with, and governed by, our Terms & Conditions.
Delivery time frames are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather, and customs processing.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer, Orvex is not responsible for recovering the package and the order is not eligible for a refund or free reshipment. Requests to change a shipping address must be submitted immediately after ordering and cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment.
Once a carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” the order is considered fulfilled and is outside Orvex’s direct control. Orvex is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. We strongly recommend adding shipping protection at checkout.
If a package is marked delivered but not received, you should first check with neighbors, household members, or building staff, and contact the carrier. Theft claims may require supporting documentation, such as a photo of the delivery area, camera footage, or a police report, and are cross-verified against carrier delivery and scan data. Submitting a false or misleading theft claim is fraudulent, may result in account termination, and may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, or arrives visibly damaged, contact us at support@orvex.co within 72 hours of the delivery or expected-delivery date. Include your order number and clear photographs of the outer packaging, inner packaging, product label, and any damage. Approved claims are resolved at Orvex’s discretion, as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Where offered, shipping protection may be added at checkout to cover packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Coverage and claims are subject to the terms of the protection provider. Claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages where protection was not purchased are handled at Orvex’s sole discretion.
Orvex is not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, weather, natural disasters, or regulatory action.
Orvex primarily ships within the United States. International shipping, where available, is arranged at Orvex’s discretion. It is the exclusive responsibility of the international purchaser to verify that importation of research compounds is legal in their jurisdiction before ordering. The purchaser is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Orvex is not responsible for packages detained, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities, and no refund will be issued in such circumstances.
Certain research compounds may be restricted under the laws of particular U.S. states or localities. Orvex may restrict, limit, or refuse shipment of any product to any state or locality where its sale, shipment, receipt, or possession is restricted or prohibited. You are responsible for verifying that the products you order are legal to purchase, receive, and possess in your state and locality before ordering. Orvex is not responsible for packages held, seized, refused, or returned by any authority or carrier due to state or local law, and such orders are not eligible for a refund or reshipment.
Orvex reserves the right to verify order and purchaser information and to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, as described in our Terms & Conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orvex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays, customs issues, or other factors beyond our control, and our maximum liability for any shipping-related claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected order.
Orvex may update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date and apply prospectively.
